Shipping & handling charges are based on the total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until your order is prepared.
We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge prior to shipping.
Unfortunately, we can only ship to businesses and street addresses (no PO Box addresses).
We ship via UPS or USPS in the continental United States. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii along with International orders will have additional shipping cost applied.
UPS tracking numbers are sent via E-mail from UPS Quantum View. If you don't get a tracking number please check your trash as your E-mail program might automatically filter it out as spam.
Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of non-back ordered items in the continental United States. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Internationally.
All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packaging. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your invoice with all returns.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be issued an RMA number by us prior to being returned and are subject to a 30% restocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the funding source utilized for the original purchase.
Return via prepaid UPS or USPS. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.
If an item is back-ordered, we will notify you via E-mail address provided. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date we will notify you via E-mail and offer a cancellation option.
Back-orders will be filled before new orders when back-ordered items become available.
